At Unique Distribution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Unique Distribution account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
